VISA APPLICATION GUIDE How to apply Chinese Visa First, please download and fill in the Visa Entry Form with full information and return to us by email. We will send you the official Visa Application Letter according to your Visa Entry Form. The “Visa Application Letter” we send to you is the very official document for you to apply China visa from the local China Embassy or Consulate. Please apply your visa directly in local China Embassy or consulate. It is simple in this way. But if you apply your visa via a travel agent, it will take a longer time and you have to explain to travel agent the function of the “Visa Application Letter”. Otherwise, they will ask you to provide the hotel and other information. Have a pleasent trip in China!
With this letter, you do not need to provide any other materials for the visa application, everything is clear in the letter: entering date, place you visit, purpose of your visit, duration of your stay in China, etc.
